If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure safety and quality, returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The FUTURE Sport Soda Customer Care team is committed to efficiently processing orders. Orders placed before 12 PM PST are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped as soon as possible in accordance with the delivery timelines set by our third-party carriers. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.

We ship exclusively within Canada using standard shipping methods provided by third-party carriers. You will receive tracking number(s) via email. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped from different locations and could arrive on separate days.

Shipping delays may occur during periods of high order volume, cold weather, or natural disasters. Our warehouse and carrier teams strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Shipping coverage is determined at checkout based on your delivery address. If any item in your order is unavailable, your order will not be processed and you will be prompted to update your cart. Delivery timeframes, availability, and coverage areas are defined by the third-party carriers. FUTURE Sport Soda is not liable for delivery delays, cancellations, or regional limitations.
