Growing up on the North Shore, Vancouver, surrounded by nature, I learned early on the importance of living an active and healthy lifestyle. I’ve always been mindful of what goes into my body and have instilled the same values in my kids. As a family, we believe in real, unprocessed nutrition—fueling ourselves with what Mother Nature intended.
But as I watched my kids grow, I saw how aggressively unhealthy drinks were marketed to them—filled with artificial ingredients, excess sugar, and no real benefits.
